In the company of our expert bilingual guide, this small group adventure traverses mountain passes and the skirts of glaciers as we trek the best sections of the Tour du Mont Blanc.

Spectacular views of Mont Blanc with overnight stays in scenic alpine villages and mountain huts await you on this trek.

Carrying only a day pack, our mules transport your luggage leaving you free to enjoy the days walk.

Commencing from the Chamonix Valley in France, our route takes in the 'City of Glaciers', the enchanting valley of Veni and the amazing sight of the Pre de Bar Glacier.

Around every bend there is an unforgettable vista. There is also plenty of time to enjoy the small villages along the way, including the delightful hamlets of La Fouly and Trient.

At our local refuges and hotels we feast on French, Swiss and Italian cuisine.

Itinerary / Highlights

DAY 1 Walk from Chamonix Valley through Bonhomme mountain passage to our refuge for the night (5hrs)

DAY 2 Walk to Italy via the Seigne mountain passage (6hrs)

DAY 3 Walk through the Veni Valley and past the glacial Lake Combal and transfer by bus to Grand Col Ferret (5hrs)

DAY 4 Walk to Switzerland and the village of La Fouly

DAY 5 To the Valais des Hommes (5hrs)

DAY 6 Cross Forclaz Pass then descend to Trient

DAY 7 Return to France via the Balme Pass to Le Tour or Chamonix (5hrs), trip concludesNote: this itinerary is indicative only and will depend on the joining point provided on booking. Hours indicated do not include rest stops.
