The 1st floor features 2-bedrooms with 1-queen size bed in each, a 3/4-bath in between, an open and airy living/dining/kitchen area with light pine, vaulted ceilings, and a 37" flat screen monitor above a beautiful stone hearth gas fireplace . The 2nd floor features a loft sitting area and master suite with 1-king sized bed and a 3/4-bath.

Outside, you will find a southern style wraparound deck with a private outdoor HOT TUB and a gas grill! This pet-friendly vacation property will sleep up to 6-persons. (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

• Regular rates are $253.05(taxes included) per night, plus a one time cleaning fee of $50.00. We offer a weekly special during regular rates time of; pay for 6 nights stay for 7. Soft Holidays Rates: $286.20(taxes included) per night, plus a one time cleaning fee of $50.00 Dec. 15th through Dec. 25th: $330.40(taxes included) per night, plus a one time cleaning fee of $50.00. Dec. 26th through Jan. 4th: $374.60(taxes included) per night, plus a one time cleaning fee of $50.00. RESERVATIONS: Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. An Advance Reservation Payment equal to the cost of 1-night's stay, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival, and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit card on the scheduled due-date. PAYMENTS: We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover/Novus, and American Express as forms of payment. Sorry, NO personal checks.
