This wonderful new 2-story, 4-bedroom, 1 3/4-bath vacation home.

Outside, the cul-de-sac location provides nice level front and back yards, including a front deck, an outdoor gas grill and a private gazebo covered hot tub! Inside, you will be delighted with the fully equipped kitchen including top-of-the-line appliances, a large living/dining area with a gas fireplace, one bedroom with 1-queen bed and a laundry area with a stack washer/dryer, another bedroom with 1-queen bed, and 1-full bath. The 2nd floor features a split loft with a 3/4-bath, and one bedroom on each side of the divider; both of which include 1-queen bed.

This pet-friendly vacation property will sleep up to 8-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

Regular rates are $297.25(taxes included) per night, plus a one time cleaning fee of $50.00. We offer a weekly special during regular rates time of; pay for 6 nights stay for 7.

Soft Holidays Rates: $330.40(taxes included) per night, plus a one time cleaning fee of $50.00
Dec. 15th through Dec. 25th: $296.70(taxes included) per night, plus a one time cleaning fee of $50.00.
Dec. 26th through Jan. 4th: $485.10(taxes included) per night, plus a one time cleaning fee of $50.00.

RESERVATIONS:
Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods.

An Advance Reservation Payment equal to the cost of 1-night's stay, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival, and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit card on the scheduled due-date.
