Casas Quemadas Apartments, Corralejo

Self contained building holding 12 appts over 3 floors. This is situated on the Spanish side of town on a corner overlooking the tennis courts of Bristol Playa and the other side the sea and Lanzarote. Situated close to a small supermarket and various restaurants and a short walk from main supermarket and centre of town.

Lower floor:
Main door to entrance to building. Office/reception and board storage.
2 x 1 bedroom appts
1 x 2 bedroom appt

First floor:
4 x 1 bedroom appts
1 x 2 bedroom appt

Second floor:
3 x 2 bedroom appts (one with oven and one with double bed)

There is also a 3 bedroom appt which has a separate access from the street and large terrace. This has a double bed and 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite).

Roof top terrace with views, sun loungers and shower. Also area for bar/private functions.

All appts have either 2 or 4 hobs (for cooking), small or large fridge freezers terraces or balconies. There are safes in all appts: Charges are: 2 euros per night plus a deposit of 10 Euros for the key.

They also all have broad band internet (ADSL) for 15 Euros/week. We have cots and microwaves on site at extra charge if required.

Cleaning:
This will be 2 days per week with 2 towel changes and 2 linen changes.
Key collection: all clients must phone me for now on arrival at FUE airport for info where to collect key.
The standard of the appt is slightly higher than most accommodation.
