Luxury villa with great attention to detail - secluded position with wonderful views!!!

Enjoying a secluded position overlooking the unspoilt landscape of North Zakynthos, this villa boasts style, comfort and luxury. Anna's house has a gloriously setting, nestled amongst ancient olive terraces with views of the Ionian Sea and countryside from every room.

At the front of the house are wide open terraces providing flexible sitting and eating areas, there is also a built-in barbecue on the main dining terrace.

The house is decorated with an eclectic mix of furniture from all around the world; it is very stylish and shows great attention to detail. The 15 metre infinity pool is situated below the villa and is salt-chlorinated. It has a delightful covered eating area, with pool fridge and shower, as well as loungers and large umbrellas. The terraced grounds abound with wild flowers in the spring and colourful shrubs in summer.

All the rooms have large French windows leading out on to a long covered terrace with views to the swimming pool and beyond. The old olive grower's cottage, close to the front door, has its own covered terrace leading on to a paved courtyard, partially shaded by ancient olive trees.

Accommodation is all on one level with limed, beamed ceilings. The house sleeps 8 in great comfort, in 4 double bedrooms, each with their own shower rooms. One room is in the cottage. There is a large open-plan sitting room with fireplace, dining area and kitchen with breakfast bar.
