Itinerary & Highlights
Arrival day. Put bikes together or head to the hire shop to pick up your wheels! Some time to get used to your steed before a beer at the bar and dinner.
Day 1. Easing in. Making the most of great terrain on the doorstep, we'll give you a taste of what's to come whilst allowing you to test your kit. In the afternoon we head across the plateau to the gorge with a choice of routes from easy to technical.
Day 2. Forest trails. A morning spent on purpose built woodland tracks near to the hotel before hitting some favourite single track routes to lunch. In the afternoon we climb up above the gorge before heading back into the forest for more secret trails.
Day 3. Saints Day. Over the plateau with a couple of Gorge-top photo stops on the way down to lunch at the town of St Martin. Then across the river and up to St Remeze before a breathtaking technical ride back into Vallon. A mission of a day.
Day 4. Free day. Giving you a chance to head out with the maps or to take in some of the other regional delights and activities. Alternatively, we'll all jump on our bikes and go and take on the course of the local super-triathlon!
Day 5. Exploring. Heading west with vehicle support to discover the quiet trails and different scenery of the Upper Ardeche. We'd better take a map for this one!
Day 6. Group choice. With hundreds and hundreds of miles of trails left to experience - what did you like most so far? Your guide will have plenty more of it in store for you...
Departure day. Travel and transfers - see you next year!
