Active Madeira - Mountain Biking
Active Madeira run bespoke, self catering activity holidays for groups staying at our luxury hillside, coastal villa 'A Vigia' in Calheta, on the beautiful island of Madeira.
Our guided activities include sea kayaking, mountain biking, levada trekking, boat trips and snorkelling and sight seeing.
Our holidays are run from the south west side of the islan, away from the hussle and bussle of the capital. For those that are also seeking a bit of beach relaxation, the villa is a 5 minute car ride from the golden sandy beaches at Calheta Marina. Night life is gentle but with several good restaurants for those that don't want to cook.

Details 'A Vigia' is a large recently built luxury detached villa set in well tended gardens with sun terraces for outdoor eating and sunbathing. It offers spacious accommodation and is furnished to a high contemporary standard. There are 3 double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one ensuite) and a cloakroom. Both bathrooms have baths and showers. The downstairs comprises a large open-plan living area. Outside there is a sun terrace, a large BBQ and gazebo.
The house sits in an enviable hillside position overlooking the pretty village of Arco da Calheta with stunning sea views beyond.
