After years of looking, we have finally found the ultimate playground. Huge flat water in the front garden and mountains out the back.
Snow and Wake Bulgaria invites you to their home. Set in the Rila Mountains, 40mins from Sofia airport, Lake Isker is our base. Accommodation is only a 5 min walk from the lake and the ski lifts are a short 8 minute drive away!
The iron curtain has opened and offers us pure, extreme fun.This is not just a wakeboard camp but a holiday where you can be pampered with great food, excellent water conditions and a good standard of accommodation. We have looked everywhere to find you a water where we can develop a site with the best water that Europe has to offer.
The lake is 16 km long by 6 km wide with 5 large creeks at different points of the lake surrounded by hills and mountains. This ensures that even if the wind picks up on the main lake we have a abundance of flat water to utilise. We’ve built sliders and kickers that are not out of reach to those new to this area of the sport. There are flat rails, ramped rails and fun boxes where you can learn and develop your skills. We also have 1m and 1.5m kicker s which whether learning kickers or a skater will be ideal for you.
Not only is the water flat but it is clean and blue, this is mountain water that is drinkable that’s why we don’t start until May!! |
